Half share heritage Ontario lamb (18-20 lbs)

 Dorset and Arcott breeds, raised on pasture and organic grains from the Black family farm.

Each box contains:

• 1 leg of lamb
• 4-6 loin chops 
• 2 packs bone in stew( 2lbs  per pack)
• 4 packs of ground lamb(1lb per pack)
• 1 rib rack ( approx 1.5 lbs)
• 1 pack of shanks
