Half share heritage Ontario lamb (18-20 lbs)

 Dorset and Arcott breeds, raised on pasture and organic grains from the Black family farm.

Each box contains:

• 1 leg roast 
• 2-3 packs of shoulder chops ( 2 per pack)
• 3-4 packs of loin chops (2 per pack)
• 3 packs of ground lamb
• 1 rib rack
• 1 shank
