Heritage leg of lamb box (app. 8-10 lbs)

 Dorset and Arcott breeds, raised on pasture and organic grains on the Black family farm.

Each box contains:

• 2 packs of shoulder chops ( 2 per pack) 
• 2 packs of loin chops (2 per pack) 
• 2 packs of ground lamb 
• 1 leg of lamb
